I'm in my dream job. Hauling fuel. Home every day, two days off a week at home, excellent benefits and great pay. Not to mention that its not a hard job at all especially when you haul to your own stores and no convenience stores.

now when i had my brand new KW cabover with a 3406 in it it was a dream job but alas that was 1982. Hauled my own fish from my own boat from Cape Hatteras to Fulton Market in NYC. 30 years later I am a Transam rookie wishing I was making $20 an hour. I was lucky enough to own my own buisness for 38 years guess I am paying my dues now

I have read the responses and one thing you new guys have to do is keep your license CLEAN!! Most of the cream of the crop companies want clean MVR and very few if any points against you on safestat.
Get your exp then start looking into what you really think you would like to do. The sky is the limit....follow your dreams!
