What is the Primary reason you have quit a company?
I am sure there are an infinite number of reasons to move on. Just curious to see what may be the more common reasons in trucking.

How about crappy trailers
How about an arrogant office staff at every terminal that look at you like you're vermin
How about inaccurate DAC reporting
How about skimming 8-10% off mileage pay
Swift
Stupid wankers in farting trailers

Owner turned the operaton over to his 2 sons ( back in the early 80's) been o/o ever since.
Went from a great place to work to 1 that you dreaded going into work.
$ for the day to day running of a trucking outfit was used for Corvettes , Pickup trucks , boats . Repairs were put off , fuel cards declined , equipment sold and not replaced. 6 of us left on the same day , 3 months later doors were closed.
