If you all of a sudden get sick that can't be helped.Tell your dispatcher. They'll either repower the load or change the appt time. Many times when a driver is on a tight schedule with a load or hot load if you will,it's really not hot at all, they just want it unloaded so they can give you another load.If your DM lays a guilt trip on you ask him if he would work is he all of a sudden got sick.

As gross as it may sound, a 5 gallon bucket can save your shorts. Put two garbage bags into it and pull out and tie off when your done. This not something I want to do all the time, but in an emergency I had to. I took care
of bussiness, rolled down the road and tossed it into a dumpster, also got some immodian and took a whole bunch and solved the problum.

I think we all had food or water poisoning at one time. I got water poisoning heading to Arizona I drank water from a rest area in Palm springs Ca by the time I hit Blythe I was sweating cold sweats in 104 degree weather. I made into Phoenix delievered my load and shut down for 2 days at the J. Worse feeling in my life. I called dispatch and told them about it and they gave me a run picking up in Phoenix but didnt delieved until the following week in Reno.

I know this is a nasty question, but there have been mornings when I know it wouldn't be wise to start down the road.
carry Maalox or Pepto as a back up, plan.

carry rolls of toilet paper, or paper towels

carry along baby wipes for the "clean up"

carry along EXTRA unda-wear for those "messy discharges"

carry along Windex, also works to cleanse your butt area, may sting, but works

    carry on down the road.

if you get food poisoning (and you will some day), pull over as fast and SAFELY as you can, open up the window and puke it out. use any of the above items as needed for the clean up.

if too sick to carry on down the road, call your company ASAP. many dispatchers or managers know humans get sick.

Maybe carry some Depends instead of using your underwear.

In addition to baby wipes I highly recommend "Wet Ones" antibacterial hand wipes. From all the wiping you'll probably be doing in this situation, you'll be getting pretty sore. Wet Ones works wonders for getting rid of the soreness and obviously it cleans. I prefer this over gold bond.
