    it don't matter who he drives for, point being that no experienced driver will really want to work for the bottom feeder trucking companies.

    as an example, i have (now) 25+ years experience. my current employer DEMANDS no less than 5 years experience. i do believe it SHOULD BE that way.

    we run all dedicated accounts, so we MUST BE THERE, ON TIME, EVERYDAY.

    my company will not hire right out of any CDL Mill, (which many of you attend right now, or have attended).

    so therefore, many (if not all) students end up going to work for the Primes, Swifts, Werners, of this industry, and get beat on by the company, because they have such a high turn over rate, they KNOW YOU WILL QUIT them in a few weeks/months time.

    but to some students, they think those companies are "the cream of the crop", when in all reality, they are nothing but soured milk.

    i know that you are at least 21 to even be out here but you sure come across as a teenager.i bet that you do not type with that attitude on that qualcom that dictates your life or get snippy w/your elogging unit.does your fleet manager know that you represent whatever 62 mph company that you drive for in such a manner? you will NEVER get that big referal bonus they offer w/your present attitude and i know they have one.you'll be alright eventually.wipe your nose and carry on mr 1 year-
