I want to attend truck driving school. Will having arterial fibulation disqualify me? Am taking a low dose medication now(Propafenone) 225mg.Should I even disclose this info?, don't want to open a can of worms if I don't have to.
    Thanks, East bay Al

Be careful not disclosing. someone somewhere has a record of you taking this medication. when they find out about it your done ! no one will hire you and all that money time and effort is down the drain. be honest upfront and 9 times out 10 you will be ok.

Thanks for the reply. Think I will contact my Dr. and find out if he will approve me. Don't want any surprizes after I pony-up my money.

If its under control it shouldn't be a problem, but you should disclose it

Hey bud. I've had a-fib controlled by meds the entire time I've been driving (4 years). If its controlled is not disqualifying. It will probably get you a 1 year dot physical instead of 2 though. Disclose it for sure.
