Horn Honking

When we were all little kids, a big rig would pass and we would all attempt to get him or her to blow the horn. But I have heard that there is a law outlawing it? Is this true or are we allowed to make the kid's day or not? Just curious......

I dont know about the legality, but I will sometimes give it a hoot, after a quick check of my mirrors and make sure that vehicle is the only one around....

I dont need to scare or piss off someone else....

OK, HOT CHICKS ALWAYS get the horn when they ask for it....

Ah I always hit the horn for kids and for the girls most definitely. You was a kid once and you know how it felt when that big rig honked, always put a smile on your face, Not enough of that going on anymore, a smile on peoples faces.

Well, I'm a little leery of doing that because I'm afraid it would cause an accident. But if no one else is around to be startled by it, why not?
