Early morning 4-8am. Just before noon, 2pm, and 5pm. Don't sleep for more than 8 hours in a day.

i;m with you on the moodiness around week two or three i start to get punchy ......thats when i know it;s time for a load home ....don;t get paid for resets don;t really care for em but if i am stuck somewhere for a reset away from home i allways get a hotel room especially since it is so hot right now as much an economic decision as a comfort based one

Fatigue isn't a problem with me because I have pretty regular hours. I rarely run at night after 9pm . Fatigue will be a problem with drivers with irregular hours such as being unloaded around noon then told to take a 10 hour break , start before midnight, then run all night.

I am sure it will be hard to fall asleep during the day when you are used to sleeping at night

It took me awhile to get used to sleeping in the day. I leave my house at 1500 and return around 0300-0400 been doing that for 5 years now and I still get tired. I don't have a problem pulling over for a 30 min. nap.
RESETS? sure i look forward to em , every weekend!!

Driver fatigue is sitting at a shipper or reciever for a long period of time then finally they say yor not our hostage anymore and you go only to face rush hr traffic.nothing you can do but you are fatigued.
