    I chose to include only companies that will hire 21 year olds in Phoenix Arizona. Jb hunt, swift, etc. do not hire 21 year olds with no expierance in Phoenix. Thanks for letting me know though- I was wondering why werner is doing so good in the poll, I have only heard bad about them-
