Hi,i just graduated cdl training and obtained my cdl class A with all indorcements.I also obtained an Alabama steel coil certification.Theres 1 problem and that is i recieved a careless driving ticket oct.2010 in my personal vehical.I did not know this would be a problem when i went to school. Is this a complete deal breaker? Its the only ticket on my dl in last 10 years.Does anyone know of any companys that would work with me on this.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

OK, first off, a charge of Careless Driving is often what they give you if they feel you were the cause of an accident, but they can't find anything else to charge you with. It is not nearly as serious as a Reckless Driving charge. I think what you will need to do, is to explain what happened to any potential employer that you speak with.
I may be wrong, but I don't think it will be a "career stopper" for you.

MY record is cluttered with tickets, didn't stop me with my EX-employer. Only big thing was a safety violation, in which I was suspended for 2 weeks over.

It is an insurance thing. Owner operators might be less then likely to take you on if their insurance rates go up. Your best bet is a large company.
And I don't think it will stop you.
