For OTR? Sure, companies that have schools like Swift or CRST or a few others.

    Swift
    CRST
    Central Refrigerated
    PAM
    USA Truck
    Millis
    Roehl
    CR England

    But.......

you must attend THEIR schools and then be on the hook to them for at least a year.
If you can afford trucking school then you'd be better off with that option.

almost any company wants you to have documented proof of 120-160 hours training. Insurance Companies are driving force behind this

Ok, First off If you want to drive,Local with in 150 miles of home, Statewide, Regional or all over theUS and Canada? If you are willing to Go Local Many companies havefree training on Saturdays but, Most of these are for delivery Jobs!IE Coke, Pepsi, Ozorka! You get good experience and are home daily!but, it does not give you any OTR experience! Many companies in TX,FL and CA offer in state only where it can be mostly Drop and Hookbut, you do not leave your state and are usually home a couple oftimes a week and most week ends AGIAN NO OTR, Moving companies willsometimes take you on where you work local and in state for sixmonths then they offer you an opportunity to get certified and go OTRyou will most likely spend another six months as a second seat driverunless you can drive your first seat driver nuts and get them to tellthe company you are ready to train your own helper or they use theirvacation time to get away from you but, it can be a physical job ifyou do not use leverage to your advantage when moving furniture inand out of homes and a lot of paperwork because everything has to beinventoried. The only other way would be find an owner operator thatwill take you on as a trainee or as mentioned by the others Go toschool! hope this helps THGHost

Not true at all . I can count on one hand the number of drivers I have worked with that got trained by a CDL mill.
