Schneider Phone interview coming up
Hey guys I have a Phone interview tomorrow morning with Schneider. I was wondering what type of questions they ask and what should I say. I hear they are a awesome company to start with so I really want the job. Tried a thousand Local companies they gave me the same song and dance with all of them No experience so Im going OTR for a while. Any advice will be gladly appreciated.

Not sure about Schneider's questions, but with ANY company, make sure you tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth to all the questions they ask you. They WILL find out everything and if you've not been 100% honest then it's over. When a company gives you a 100K truck to drive, along with who knows how valuable the cargo (500K perhaps), they only want honest people working for them. They will forgive infractions but they must be made aware of them. Concealing anything will only screw yourself. Good luck.

They want to hear how you interact with people.
So be on your best behavior.

I had my phone interview with Schneider yesterday, Sunday Aug 26th. Very basic and simple. Just going over your application and asking a couple more questions. Don't sweat it, it really isn't a big deal!
I start with Schneider on Sept 11th, orientation in Fontana CA.
