back ground check
Is there a way to get the background check that they do on you before you apply for a company? That way there will be no question if you miss something from your past that you might have forgotten?

Not bashing you, but you should be able to remember if you had any felonies in the past 10 years and if you ever had a misdemeanor. Now what you may want to pull is your MVR which is about $8-$10 at your DMV.
Good Luck

The background check includes MVR which you can get, PSP DAC report, which you can get and then the background search which can include credit report, local, state and federal criminal record check, sex offender check, history of SSN residences, education, prior employers and history of legal actions.
Many of these go by name alone so someone with a similar name in the same city can sometimes show up on your record. Big companies using PSP and HireRight get the records scrubbed by them for mismatches but they don't remove all of them. You can do a google search for background check companies and run most of the same on yourself for a fee. If the place you are hiring on with runs it, depending on your state laws, you can get a copy of what they requested.

If you leave something out when u apply because it was supposed to be sealed by judge, will that be held against u or if u re apply in future would there b a record of that? I hate to re apply when record is sealed and they see I had a misd. Anyway.

My 2 Cents ,,,,
I was going to go work in the Oil Refinery , and they Require a T.W.I.C. , I thought this is what I needed to Get a Hazardous Endorsement , since it is a background check by homeland security also but it turns out it is not the background check that you need for Hazardous Endorsement's , I was told to to go here >> HAZPRINTS.COM and apply on line or call the toll free number ,, I called the Toll Free Number 877) 429-7746 and the nice person on the other end asked me a few Basic Questions and she noticed i Already have a T.W.I.C. Card ,, so she said i did not have to go down and fill out the paper work or be finger printed the phone call was good enough and i would know in a week if i was approved ,, i got my letter a week later ! ,,,, so ... i think if you have these Documents your all good to go .
Also for your T.W.I.C. Card if you would like to get one the link is >> www.tsa.gov
Hope this was Helpful : Smokeycv .
