The few drivers of theirs I have ran into seemed happy with the company. If I remember correctly, they only hire from very specific areas, and require a fair amount of experience (2 yrs).

Good Company

You must have at least 1 year experience (Tankers is not a job for oops I didn't know!)I Worked for them for a year they only hire within 100 miles of the terminal. I was assigned my own new truck and home almost every day. The guarantee at that time was 1200 a week but you had to be willing to work your full dot available hours and be on time with no accidents or spills. The only downside is you never know what time you would be home or what days you would have off. (Available hours dictates your days off)The plus is when the season is slow you get paid to take off.But good people to work for nice equipment and weekly pay. Also No riders or pets (Food Grade) All in all I would still be there if my family didn't want me home at specific times with certain days off!

My husband works for them in Delaware for the most part it is A OK company .But the dispatching from Iowa they have A problem!. when they dispatch for Delaware they don't realize how far other states are from Delaware and they don't take in account how bad the traffic is in this area. They need to have someone dispatch that know this area to understand. They tell drivers they have time for A load when they don't have time for it And then they cant get home . Well most company's favor dispatchers rather then the truckers any way that's a given. If the driver is at the yard and has to stay at the yard there is no way the truck driver can use the facilities. I have found this at most trucking companies is that the truck driver is under the thumb of the dispatcher and if the dispature don't like the driver for some reason they give them the low paying loads.
