Please turn off caps lock when you goto type, its very irritating.

Anyways, I would say check with CRST, as they seem to not mind most offenses. I had some stuff on my record from a year ago, but got hired, and my girlfriend did not have a GED, but they hired her too.

Several companies will hire people with a felony that is at least 7 years old. Try Stevens Transport, Prime Inc and CR England. None of these companies have "good" reputations but they may give you a chance to make some money and get some expierence under your belt. I would recommend that you fill out some applications with several companies before you spend the time and money on school. The recruiter can then check your background and let you know where you stand. The felony presents a very big problem because you can't go into Canada.

Swift hiring qualifications

would someone out their know if a misdemeanor needs to be a few years old before swift may hire you? This is what a recruiter told me.

From what I have seen misdemeanors are looked at on a case by case basis by most companies, that is what I had, a domestic assault less than one year old.

BTW, please don't judge me by that charge, I would explain, but it was not a good night, and completely guilty.
