Longest & shortest interstates

I was just wondering if any experienced drivers know the shortest & longest interstates in the country(not counting loops or spurs). I think the longest is I-10. My CDL instructor thinks it is I-80. I think the shortest is I-86 in Idaho. Dows anyone know for sure?
