Will this count against me?

I was in my four wheeler and a photo camera got my license plate.

I recieved the ticket in the mail and was wodering will this count against me on my driving record according to the laws of Ohio?

Why not?

I don't see why it wouldn't. Unless of course you sucesfully contest it. Otherwise, a ticket's a ticket... ainna?

In NYC red light violation caught on camera is $65 without points on a record.

so...?

Is the question here wheather or not there's a difference between a camera ticket and a hand delivered one... if it's for the same violation?

In Washington State, or the county that I'm in, the ticket does not show up on your state driving record.
