There is a nation wide system for all drivers license record ! That is how they get your driving record from California . How in the heck do you think the cops find out if you get pulled over out of state ?

I mean my god we are not in the dark ages here !!! They have data bases for what food you buy I imagine that your driving record is not that hard to keep up with !

Besides what difference does it make how they get it as long as they get it . They will get all your info for as far back as ten years at least so don't think that you will sneak something in on them .

There is no nationwide system for driving records and there is no need for one. Records are held by the state that you have your driver’s license issued in. If you get pulled over out of state the other state informs the state that your driver’s license is from in some cases. Not all states have arrangements with each other for reporting tickets.
