Team drivers advice wanted

Hi,
I have a question for the experienced team drivers out there. I`m thinking of doing team work and anyone out there who can give me an idea of what it`s like would be great. How does it work for you? does the pay work out? Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks guys

Jerryb

the pay works out best for a husband/wife team. that way, ALL the money goes to the same house. as for team driving in general, its like a dating service you need to go through. everything must be near identical to what you are, either a smoker, or non-smoker, etc, etc. its very difficult to find the right match, so best of luck to you..........

you'd be better off going solo.

go solo unless you are going with your spouse. you will make more money going solo. for a team to make any money it's got to roll 20 hours a day. when a team truck sits to load or unload its 2 people sitting not one. can you get any sleep when you are bouncing around in the back on some of these roads out here?
