Try the "search" feature on here. It will yield a treasure trove of information about this topic..........really no need to air it all out again.

It all depends on the ''conviction''...
-
The felonies themselves are acts which typically don't have a physical form. There really isn't any way to hire those. Now those who committed the felonies.. that's a whole separate matter.
As stated already, the exact nature of the conviction comes into play. Drugs typically raise red flags. Other things, not so much. Whether you have a federal felony (violation proscribed as a felony under federal law, even when prosecuted by the state) or a state felony (some states have things as felonies which are not felonies under federal law), comes into play, as well. In the case of the latter, it is possible to apply for relief of disability. In the case of the former, not so much. -

WitchingHour, ShootThis, AXE and 2 others Thank this. -
The answer your question, not that it deserves one. Try May Trucking in Salem OR. They used to hire those that had committed errors and got caught.Last edited by a moderator: Mar 28, 2013

Not just drugs either. If convicted of embezzlement, fraud, ect. your not likely to get a job where you are entrusted with funds, ie. trucking.
I have bought $400 worth of fuel on their fuel card for $200 a lot at the bigger truck stops! -
