For Cage I know a couple of coastal drivers and they are happy there last I talked to them but don't know much about Starr, I have seen them but never really spent time talking to them. Getting home every week mmmm it could happen but a lot depends on who they haul freight for if its a regional haul you shouldn't have any problem getting home every week. If it is OTR might be kind of tough. Good luck to you and be careful.

I have to agree I know it sucks but be patient and stick it out by the time you get set up elsewhere you will have just as much time involved, my best advice sit tight and wait for a trainer, hopefully you can find a way to make a little cah in the meantime, even if it means cutting grass.

I have no info on Coastel but STAY AWAY from Starr they were bought out by Covenant which is a complete joke of a company. As for TMC I have not worked there but the 5 or 6 guys I have talked to that do are well satisfied and have way less complaints than a lot of company drivers do. Above all stay away from Arrow, thtas who I work for but not for much longer they are real screwed up.

I think you might have the wrong company. The one that was bought out by Covenant is Star Transportation out of Nashville, not Starr Transport. There are about a dozen different Star compaines.
