Currently applied to all 3 of them. I want to go into flatbed because its more physical work. The average time out is 2 weeks with all of them. I can't decide which one to pick. There's different things I like about all 3. Roehl the 14/7 good hometime, but probably less money that way. Maverick seems like one of the best companies for flatbed and great reputation. Melton $40 tarp pay.

So I'm looking to go with the best company overall which would give me the most money but also the best experience where I wouldn't regret going with that company. Anyone and everyone please give some advise! Thanks!

Roehl is great. I had a really good experience there for the most part. I've heard nothing but good things about Maverick. And from what I've seen so far Melton seems like a great place. I really don't think you could go wrong with any of them.

Melton Truck Lines would be my first choice, followed by Maverick.
