    which is the safest way to do it, I have been told idiots like to screw with the markings or you can get someone who put it on wrong

    Can someone post the where to find the king pin law by state. I have seen listings, but never been able to find where the poster obtained the information.

    Use the Rand McNally atlas as a reference. But check each state's DOT website for more definitive answers. I have not checked in a few months, but the atlas still had PA wrong.
