Well, it would be no different than throwing a bag filled with crap out along side the road, I live right next to the freeway, with no wall or barrier and I sure would not want that next to where I live. It dont take very long to stop and pee, weather its at a rest stop, truck stop or even the side of the road

port a toilet

If you run team or need to get up in the middle of the night there are portable toilets that you can carry with you and solve the problem real easy i know we used to carry one in the truck with use when we were running team that way if the co driver woke up and needed a stop we didn't have to and could keep rolling and most reast areas have a dump station for them. Just like the RV's use. A little extra money but a whole lot more sanitary than a bottle or a bag.

Most states have a fine for littering. I would definitely report it to the company. If they are a respectable company then they will at least bring it up to the driver. At the very least this moron would at least pull over to let his crap out.

I have told on drivers before by calling their companies and by letting the driver know I saw it and that I was calling their company. We have to police ourselves on this kind of stuff. There is no reason for it. If you choose to use a bottle drop it in the trash. How can anyone be so lazy?

I have been called all kinds of things, rat being the nicest, but I don't really care what someone calls me because my opinion of myself isn't based on some strangers evaluation of me.

Not only have I told in the past but I am sure I will again in the future.

Its not something small. I wouldn't call the police but I would definitely call the company. Our image is based on what people see. All these little things add up.

I would not report him, by my home state Vermont used to be a beautiful rural dairy state. 10 years ago people started moving here in droves from Massachusetts and New Jersey. Now there is letter all around Burlington where they have settled. Perhaps the driver you saw comes from New Jersey?

grrrrrrrrrrrrr

I would DEFINTLY report him to both his company and the local PD.
not only is it nasty, but some dumb kid who got nabbed for something even dumber is gonna be out there on community service and hafta pic it up.....i rad some where that the state of arizona pays around 100k a year to get rid of just this stuff...now that tax payer money that could have went to our wonderfully flat and even roads.
most all states have a pretty hefty fine for littering just to help pay for this kinda of disosal

im sorry thats just nasty, he could have just waited until he stoped to put it in a trash can, heck everyone else does

This behavior is beyond the pale; this isn't a problem, this is a symptom. What makes someone believe that whatever the reason, this is acceptable? What else will s/he think is acceptable if throwing urine out on a public highway is?
Isn't behavior ignored behavior condoned?

If it were me I would send it to the company. This is gross behavior, hes just plain lazy and nasty!!
This reminds me of grade school mentality. If you tell your a rat or tattletale. We are grown adults, theres right and wrong. Being a responsible adult means you do whats right.

Just the other night my husband came across this driver. Whom was clearly asleep at the wheel. He and other drivers tried to get him to wake up. They called out to him over the radio, blew their horns to no avail.
Finally my husband tried to pass him And blew his horn. He said something about calling the authorities. Next thing you know hes a Rat!!
Common this guy is a danger to everyone on the highway and himself!
So he did what was right and called the police.

so this guy say he doesnt care about this country? was he a mexican or other immigrant? I see a lotta immigrants with that attitude - they get here and consider this country a place to leech off of like a parasite, and when it comes to help making it a better place they don't do that.
