I have not worked for either, but have been on the road since 1987. Back then Werner was ok and there was no Knight. From all my years talking to drivers and hearing about hundreds of companies, I would suggest Knight over Werner. I have heard too many bad things about Werner, not to say I have not heard bad about Knight. But Werner had its hay-day many years ago and it seems they are set in their ways of not really caring about drivers. All the best in your decision.

    AKwallace Thanks this.

I am a rookie myself, going with CR England, orientation is the 29th of july. From what I hear, its not the best choice im going with, but grateful that cr england is giving me a chance despite my mvr rpeort. so im just going to stick it out.

Knight refrigerated has a pretty good reputation.
Depending on where you live, there might be some flatbed or tanker opportunities that would give you more annual pay.
