Find a small company many times they're ######## but they will keep your pockets full. My first job was the 4th day out of school. I went up to them they were hiring. I came in with a positive attitude and first thing I said was when do I start. We laughed talked the boss needs money I need money we work it out. Needless to say they expected me to take everything out 3 years now and I havent yet put a scratch on my truck. Thank YouTube for all the how to videos and money wise I bring home 60+ a year with home time every 4 days. Can't complain
There's a shortage of 15,000 + truck drivers so I know its not impossible -
The first two I wouldn't have even reported if no one was around. After reading your accidents I only really see 1 reportable accident. ( The concrete post at the service center )
The trailer wheel always happens and running over stop signs... Stuff happens... Even Hugh did it on ice road truckers...
I would just apply with a different company. They will hire you.davetiow Thanks this. -
Honesty will get you far..lying will get you farther
Lol harsh truth -
Im not sure how u take out a stop sign I had it drilled int o my head by my mentor Always Watch Your Tandems while making a turn and Stop if u cant make it. But if noone around while get ur self in trouble if. U can g ed t away with it
I was told if u got the room take as much as u need and I always do if I think its to tight I find another way or wait til the cars in my way move or let them back up.
Try Swift the hire u if u can hold a steering wheel LOL I work for them but I was a rookie and it has been a nice training company Im making good money 2nd yr out and 1st yr wasnt to bad $43, 000 and on my way this yr to $53, 000 maybe a little less see how freight goes in the late pa rt of the yr.
Good luck to u -
