Scoop on USA Trucking or Averitt

I plan on attending CDL training in a few weeks and am considering USA Trucking or Averitt. Can anyone tell me the good and bad for either or these companies?

The good would be Averitt. The bad would be USA.

USA will pretty much take anyone, Averitt requires an approved school and 90% average.
