Best way to stay in shape is park in the shadows of trk stops....... all kinds of action to be had. (Work on your negotiating skills immediately). :biggrin_25525:

Not sure if this has been mentioned on another thread but you can use the inner arm rests on the seats for push ups. air up both seats with arm rests extended and put your feet on your bed. Grab the arm rests and do push ups. These work pretty good also for reverse dips. Carry a dumb bell or a fitness rubber band for curls and other exercises and you can get a pretty good workout in the truck.

Try isometrics and, when on cruise control, I to toe stands to stretch my calve muscles... sit ups in the bunk, pushups in the armrests (feet toward bunk)...

I carry powerblock dumbbells but for free you can do air squats, pushups. I even used my chains (they come in a flour sack) to do curls. It takes a lot of discipline to stay in shape on the road, more so than at home.
