PerDiem Pay Hey ya all, hopefully someone can answer my (stupid?) question here. My man just left Schneider National.He made 23 cents a mile with them which INCLUDED his per diem.Now at Knight they say he can either have it on his regular pay checks or (he gets 33 a mile there) or he can have it in a whole summ at the end of the year?! Now I have NO clue how that works and he's a little not so good (to say the least) with getting info together.So could someone please let me know how that works and what road would be better ,in his pay checks or at the end of the year? And like I said with Schneider it was included in the 23 cents a mile ,does anyone know how Knight Ref handles that? Thanks Nat
