Sleeper ?'s

I thought all sleepers come with the truck but I was at the Truck show in Vegas this weekend and saw some custom sleepers that even had a combo shower/toilet in them at trucksleeper.com.

Is this an aftermarket product? If so, what kind of truck do you buy to attach this on and can you enter the sleeper from the cab?

Also to anyone that has the toilet and shower, how often do you use it, how often do you have to dump the waste water, and is it easy to find the waste hookups?

They are normally added to large car day-cabs with long frames, like 379 Petes, w900 Kenworths, or Freightliner Classics, i have seen Bentz sleepers on International and Petes.

I saw an ICT sleeper on a FL Classic at Stoops in Indy, the bunk is placed length-ways and the kitchenette / bath is on the other side, there was a back-door out and you could enter by going between the seats like a regular sleeper as well. I have never talked to a driver that had the bath stuff in the truck, so I can't help with that.
