They could do worse than Swift much worse.

 

It's because the contract training, they can get "training" for free. Desperate people flock to these companies and then get taken advantage of. I get to see it all the time and it's sad. Sometimes you get what you pay for, other times you have to pay for what you really didn't get.

Isn't that the School that got busted by the feds just a few years back?
Drivers lost their CDL from attending that School. Fed's were not too keen on Swift's diploma mill tactics but did little or nothing to punish Swift. Instead thy pulled the CDL from Drivers that payed Swift for the lack of training.

Good luck but my experience is Swift's training sucks!

 

Swift is not a contract CDL, it costs $3900.

 

I was one of those drivers who had to surrender their Class A because of the Feds raiding Swift. Swift's whole setup was off to say the least. I never would have thought things would have turned out the way they did. Oh well....lesson learned

The OP got his CDL through Swift and then headed to Old Dominion before he ever even went out with a mentor with Swift.
He bailed for a dock worker job.
