| I'm a newbie fresh out of school. McElroy if offering me .39 a mile (2,500-3,000 mi. wk) and TMC is offering a percentage. Which job would you take? |

| I wouldn't work percentage running all over. For getting paid that way it's better to work a tighter area, like regional. That minimizes the deadhead time.
