All these comments are great! If you eat in truck stops all the time you will go broke! Get a cooler and a microwave with an inverter if your company allows it. You can get a lot of soup and salad that is inexpensive at most places.

I suspect that the entry is intended to up the users post count ... at 6 as of this posting. They have lots of single posts in several threads. Just MHO

Typical spambot behavior. Make enough posts to be able to send private messages, then PM everyone.

I have a fridge with a separate freezer big enough to hold 10 frozen dinners, microwave, and toaster oven. I have found that if you cook the frozen dinners in the toaster oven they taste like a real meal and just a tasteless mush you get using the microwave. Most of the frozen dinners will have directions on how to cook in the oven. You just have to read the fine print to find the directions.

The toaster oven is a Walmart brand and is only a 1,000 watts. Found it at Walmart for $20.

I have a convection/toaster oven at home that I absolutely love. At some point, I plan on getting a similar one for the truck.
