Does anyone know what the typical wellness test is that companys give to see how fit you are for the job. Sounds like Swift gives one that a body builder would have trouble with. Of course I could have been told some B.S. Thanks to anyone that can help me. NO, I AM NOT GOING WITH SWIFT!!!!!

They are reasonable physical dexterity tests. You perform exercises that simulate the motions typically needed to perform the duties of operating the truck. Thay also check your ability to perform in a full range of motion, and lift weights in line with what would be expected as a part of the job.

For most people, in normal health, they are not an excessively stressful test nor anything to worry about. If you have physical limitations, then you may want to take a look at the functions to be examined as part of the test and see if you can perform the tasks involved safely.
