Neither, the Dirty Secret within Reefer Company's is the long uncompensated waiting bs......In order to perform well, you must be a ROBOT.

Maybe at FFE... you may as well know that's a division of KLLM these days. So do ya want to make some money (Prime) or sit around waiting (FFE)? Same goes for training costs... free (at Prime after 1 year's service) or whatever you pay at FFE?

This choice isn't based on money. More so for the recent experience thing. I'm fully aware of the lack of money I'll make for the next year. Just need that 12-18 months of recent experience.

We know all reefer companies wait on loads, whether it's meat or potatoes. Prime doesn't have a one over FFE in that regard. ;-)

Looks to me like maybe you should jump at whichever one hires you first. AND STAY WITH THEM FOR A WHILE.

NOTE: I don't know anything about either company, but if that is all the choices you have do what you have to do for the experience.

Prime. They have tankers and flats.

Really? With a competent fleet manager that isn't the case PackRat.
