    well today was day 1 of 3 with IWS (Industrial Warehouse Services) based in Tuscaloosa AL. Its a small fleet in the grand scheme of things with about 150 trucks. started out with the agility test which took about an hour . then to the drug test and then on to the paper work. lots of paper work. got my fuel card and accident kit . showed us their warehouses that are local . They took us out to eat . there is only 3 in orientation. tomorrow is more paper work and we meet our dispatchers and get assigned with a trainer .so far so good. im eager to get in a truck and start learning more
