Roehl - P.A.M - or TMC

I'm checking these out - not sure who is the better training facility. Roehl sounds pretty good so far. Haven't heard much on P.A.M. - TMC has some good comments too. Any new grads? Would appreciate your comments!!!!!

My suggestion to you is read the posts online and read some more. Not everyone's experience is going to be your's. As a new driver or trainee I know your enthusiasm is high. But try and control it. Read the fine print, read the fine print some more. Understand exactly what your getting yourself into. This OTR is a committment, financially and lifestyle. Please understand this, I mean you no harm or disrespect. There is no such thing as the perfect company. I'm sure you know this by now. There is however good companies to start with, but even they have their own share of problems. No company is going to hold your hands. Your expected to drive and deliver and make the company money. Feel your way through this experience. There will be times that are hard and are going to test your resolve. But you'll prevail. We all do.
Listen to the instructors absorb as much as you can. The horror stories are plentiful. And in time you'll add some of yours as well.

Godspeed in your new endeavour!
