When I was younger.....in my late 40's, I would run the maximum. 742 miles. Kansas City to Houston. I would run down and the partner would run back. Did that for 3 years. My partner was in Oklahoma City when the bomb went off. I was safely in Africa. As I got older, I learned that miles equals wear and tear on my body. So I only work as a percentage now.
The driver should command the lions share of the revenue.

100 miles a day for me is a lot, generally I'm under 80, Tuesday I only drove 35. I'm hourly and the majority of my job is operating vacuum tankers so driving is only a very small portion of what I do now.

I usually drive 400. What's everyone else drive typically?
i pull on a percentage and shorter runs do pay better for the most part although the longer ones can.to answer your question directly,500-540/day but if i go to say,ft wayne i'll do the 700+ or as close as time will allow dependent on my load time. off topic but i never use my cruise control.i used to pull the throttle lock out but i have yet to truly use a real cruise control.I suppose that is because i stay out of the packs.
i have no idea why i just thought about that.
