Schneider orientation update.

Day 1 we did the usual orientation thing videos paper work physical stress test.

The Charlotte terminal is small but nice restaurant inside staff seems respectful. They do slam you with information so hopefully I will hold up and not be a wash out. Little home sick always first couple days are hardest.

Tuesday through Friday is in class out with a trainer Saturday till following Friday third week is in class til I test out.

 

Day 3 I think we done A Lot of backing and driving through downtown charlotte it help with CQC driving my trainer is so helpful in two days taught me mentor in 15 days with swift.

Pros it's very informative they want you to you know your $#€_ when your out by yourself.

Con is they seem to have there own schneider way which seems redundant at times.

 

More backing today also had a driving test though they didn't inform us it was test. All good day.

 

Out with trainer should be back Thursday he said to say I am impressed by him would be a lie rather rude individual when I looked over his direction he was either talking or texting on his phone. He was also taking selfies no constructive criticism just rude comments I called him about asking how he consider himself a trainer if he doesn't train. After a argument in sued we cooled out its only 3 more day I will deal. On my way to Ohio.

 

I suggest if your in this situation with scheinder don't request a new trainer it just makes things awkward. And your treated like a whiner.
