Schneider national or us xpress which one is good for teams

My brother and I worked for us xpress before we got our own authority. We were running 5500k-7300k miles a week. Pay is 44cents split and if you have hazmat endorsement its 48cent. Get your hazmat its totally worth it I think we hauled a hazmat load once in a year.Schneider's pay suckkkkkkkkk for new drivers solo or team.

 

Always heard US Xpress is better for teams and that their drivers average a lot of miles. In my opinion, I think Schneider is a better company to work for

I keep hearing that UsXpress is great if you want to run teams. Good mileage and decent equipment. On the other hand I hear it sucks there as a solo unless you're lucky enough to get on a dedicated account. So if you plan on solo driving in the future I'd consider looking elsewhere.
