Our new pay for performance program offers elite teams the ability to earn up to a $.06 per mile quarterly bonus. Schneider team truck drivers now receive pay increases based on individual performance — as much as a $.02 per mile increase annually for eligible drivers.

You also have the option to choose automatic or manual transmission when you sign-on as a Team truck driver. Some of our Team driving jobs offer the option of pulling double trailers.
