it looks like im going to need help.

So I have 100% decided on going to central tech drivers training school in drumright oklahoma and I have been going back and fourth to workforce oklahoma quite a bit this month working on getting tuition assistance.
I know this isnt a charity page or anything but I have run out of options for asking for help so here is my situation.
My start date has been pressed back to october 8th due to personal obligations. I am not sure if my car will make the drive to drumright, thats the first problem. I have no money for fuel and my income is super limited plus I have to make sure that my family is safe and my bills are paid at home before considering any other expense thats the second problem. I am concerned about having food while I am at school because I am tapped out after I make sure my family has what they need theres the third problem. Fuel is another concern but I think I can handle that if I can find some way to work out the rest.
This isnt new stuff either, it is actually my main motivation behind the school and driving a truck Idea.
Like I have said in other posts, I know I can do this because of my passion for driving and vehicles in general. I have a need to learn more and more about this every day. I am worried that this small stuff will prevent me from moving forward with this career and breaking my family from the repetitive depresseng and stressful nature of always being in debt and never being able to accomplish things because I cant afford to do little stuff like replace the brake pads on my car or get my little girl that toy she wants when were at the store.

Can anybody here help me with any of this?
Advice is appriciated but honestly I have spent every day being told what I should do after I ask for help.
My mom passed away in 2010 and my dad is pretty much nonexistent in my life, I literally have nowhere to turn.
So seriously, is there someone that would be willing and able to actually help me accomplish this?

 

Prime can help me repair my car and get fuel along with the rest?
Im not sure thats a good idea, I already have some jobs im looking at and I am trying to stay local.
Ive talked to prime recruiters and I am pretty sure that they are an OTR company.
Im also pretty sure that they (as a company) wouldnt just help me out of the kindness of their heart.
Thank you for the advice but im trying very hard to do this without locking myself into a contract with a company that will take me away from my family.

 

Like I said, prime is the opposite of what I am trying to accomplish.
I understand what you mean by my problems are mine to solve.
Thats what this is all about, I said that also.
I just need help getting going and I have nowhere to turn.
No blood family in my life, friends are mostly nonexistant at this point.
Im just asking for help to do what I am trying to do.
If someone will help that would be amazing, if nobody will then I wont be surprised but I will either find a way or not make it.
Such is life but ill be dam*ed if I dont try every single thing I can possibly think of doing to reach my goal!

Im sure I will need a lot of luck, something else I dont have much of.

will they do it without making me to run OTR for the company for a period of time?
