after a 10 day orientation, you can team with him right away with watkins shepard. no training period.

 

I should clarify this. the 10 day is for a new driver like yourself. boyfriend should have a 3 or 3.5 day orientation, if hes not already at watkins shepard.

Werner does that also... you both will attend driver orientation and then he will go through the train the train the trainer class... you will be paid for orientation and while you are waiting for him to complete the train the trainer class and be assigned a brand new 2014 Freightliner Cascadia.... He will be paid for the orientation and train the trainer class..
Once he is finished with that and gets his truck you two are ready to roll...

Werner has some great accounts for team drivers with lots of loads and miles for teams...

 

I also for got to add... that with werner... you will get $400. For the first part of your training . You will get $450 a week for the remainder of your training...

While you are in training your boyfriend/trainer will get paid as a trainer.. so he will get paid for all miles the truck runs... also, if you stay with werner he will get the 30 day bonus, the 60 day bonus and 90 day bonus...

Also.. when you are finished training and become a qualified driver... you will get a $500 bonus when you deliver your first load....


We have a lot of husband and wife teams, boyfriend and girlfriend teams where the husband/boyfriend trained their wife/girlfriend and they are happy ...

 

He has 10 years experience why go to Werner and make peanuts. Id look elsewhere, lots of better choices. Id bet every company Chinatown listed is better than Werner.
