Hello everyone , I am thinking about getting my CDL and start driving but 1 and 1/2 years ago I got a ticket in my personal vehicle.
72 in a 55 I had asked this question before but could not find it. If I wait to drive after 3 years will companies hire me or will this 15 mph + over always look bad.
I think I can get it removed or at least lowered to under 15 mph.
The Lawyer said it will cost $600
By the time I am ready to start CDL school the speeding ticket will be 3 years old. Hate to spend the $600 but if it would be better in the long run I will try to have it taken care of.
Thanks for any advice !
Speeding ticket ????

3 years is a long time. If you have a heavy foot. Want to be a driver don't break the traffic rules.

By the time you say you'll be ready for school, you should be fine, (if you can keep your driving record clean.)
