    You certainly can driver -

FMCSR - 382.13 - GATLING GUNS IN TRUCK

    - " A driver may carry on, in or around his person - no more than 4 (four) gatling guns at any one given, stated, or percieved time - in order to combat zombies, walking dead, walkers, or the amorous homeless at the Flying Hook in Winslow.

The aforementioned Gatling guns are required to be chrome plated, and equipped with several belts of ammunition consisting of the following loading requirements - 3 armor piercing rounds, 2 silver tipped rounds, 1 tracer round.

The driver may not operate the guns whilst driving, unless simultaneously taking video recording of the event on his/her/its smartphone, or other such approved device - " (Revised 3/7/14).

Not sure if you are referring to the AK, but the only thing listed in the FMCSA is about packing and Shipping a loaded firearm, I don't have my full book in front of me at the time, but this has to do with the shippers of fireams, not personal firearms, now there are area's in this country that enforce a "no deadly weapons" law, but thats not restricted to commercial vehicles, unless there is a new law that just recently was passed?

I bring my gun with me because of that Flying J in Winslow, AZ. Too much brokeback mountain going on there.

It also allows for defense against those huge desert lot lizards that frequents the pilot I-15 @ Craig Road North Las Vegas

    blairandgretchen Thanks this.
