Had a good offer from Decker, based out of Missoula, MT. .37 to start. 4 weeks with a trainer driving a Pete with 13 speed, take truck home. out 2-3 weeks home 2-3days. $500/week while with trainer. don't like the zip code to zip code miles, but pay is higher than other companies that I have talked to and I would get the training and experience on a manual. anyone drive for this company? thanks.
How about Decker, any info...

Youll be better off going with TMC if your wanting flatbed. Pay is higher, Home weekly if you want. Percentage pay is where its at, get away from this mileage pay. Specially when Im new and have an earning potential higher than you will there.

trying to go with a company that runs through Boise, Id. After I get a little experience in a manual there are alot of options...

Decker always keeps good equipment and clean. Drivers seem happy. Watkins Shepard goes to Boise, Flats and Vans.

If you're not absolutely stuck on flatbedding for the fun of it, come make real money at Crete. Starting January 1st, the starting rate for OTR drivers is 45 CPM. -
tempting...however, everything is set to go with Decker....think I will stay there for a while then I can go to a few of the smaller local companies between caldwell and boise Idaho....

I breifly had a regional gig with Cowan making $.52 cpm. Sounded like a lot, but only running 2200-2300 miles a week it wasn't that much.
