I have a delivery in Walnut, CA tomorrow at 10pm. I probably won't be unloaded until after midnight so I was wondering where you guys think my best bet to fink parking is. Is it even worth trying the TA/Petro in Ontario that late? I don't mind paying to park somewhere if I have to. Thanks!

You could park on the street next to the TA, further down from the entrance or the side streets, there are no parking signs but I've parked there numerous times before and didn't get ticketed. However the train rolls by there at night so its not the most restful nights sleep. You are probably better off parking on the street somewhere close to the receiver and going to the truck stop in the morning.

There are a few truck stops in that area along 10 if they are filled. You should he able to find parking. Plus a lot of people have gone home for the holiday, usually lore parking available this time of year.

Take the 57 south from Ontario, exit Yorba Linda Blvd, go east there will be a grocery store to your left. I park behind it and never have had a problem. No running refer theres apt in the area close. Temp should be mid 50's no need to run engine. Please don't leave a mess this is one of my "secret" places to hide at tractor trailer in the area. Good area. Easy on / off freeway, Walnut is 15 to 20 minutes away.

Also in real close to Walnut, 57 freeway at Arrow Hwy, north east side of freway, Lowes Home Improvement Store, Park to the outside out of the way. walking distance to food I think. Been awhile since I parked here but should be ok. Look it up on your gps. Good for overnite. I have used both of these to rtake my 10 and not had a problem with either location.

I hate truckstops....prefer to be off to myself. Have lots of these places I use. This one at Arrow and the 57 has been awhile since I ve been there.

You would probably find parking at the Petro/TA because everyone's going to deliver in the morning Monday and get that load home for Christmas. And the local guy's are already starting to shut down so they won't be around.

I'm at the TA doing laundry and getting ready to watch the Seahawks win. 5:00 pm Sunday night and there are spaces available. If for any reason it is full when you get here just wait in an aisle until a vampire gets rolling. Lots of drivers will get underway by 2:00 am Monday morning to beat the madness and get to early deliveries.

Big mistake. You should have kept it your secret. Watch, you wont be able to park there soon because some dummy trashed it or hit and damaged something cuz they cant drive. But thanks for the tip. Ill be sure to make use of that spot.

To the o/p, when I ran the road, I'd call up the customer and ask permission to park on the property. So to the o/p, if you haven't ever called for permission, then start doing so, all they can say is no. Now since you (Powder Joints) told us of your secret hideaway, I'll jot that down as well. Even though I do not do more than 3 states now, and am home daily, after all of maybe 9 hours of work, one never knows. And I truly promise never to trash it out, well, at least not the first time!

I ain't been out that way since around 1994-1995? And back then, in Ontario, it wasn't a T/A, I think it was still branded a Union76? So any other truck stops, I really wouldn't know. Things must have changed a "tiny bit".
