Ok, I posted a little over a year ago with what was a nuclear inspection apparently, he got me with everything, well, after a year of trying to find a job I found one and wouldn't ya know it, 2nd week on the job and I get pulled for an inspection passed everything..EXCEPT....I WAS STUPID I forgot to put my seat belt on after I left the gas station from fueling up the truck...so...my question is I am not a full employee yet a the company I am a temp...how will this affect me and the company I am working for. Also, if anyone remembers me, that nuclear inspection from a year ago, the guy gave me 1citation and 3 warnings the citation was for being on a. Non truck route which is he same route we have driven for 7 years and never been pulled over before becuz we have deliveries on that same route...then he gave me one for the brakes being out of commission, like in he brake line up into the box underneath the truck, then 2 speeding, one for going 6-10 over but he wouldn't tell me or let me see the radar gun...he also then gave me another warning for going 35 over...all of these which I won in court and are not in my mvr but, are on my csa or psp report, as well as a violation I got 3 months prior for not having the correct visual wear, which I did have them on when he pulled me over to do the inspection and he was taking forever so I took them off and was just relaxing...when he came back he said that I was t wearing them the whole time....(they were sitting on my leg) I don't know many people hat wear glasses and need them to see that wear them on there knee...so anyway. Long story short, if u add everything up...I've had 6 violations in a 1 1/2....5 of which were ########...I'll admit the seatbelt...but anyway do u think I could lose my job as a temp or whenever they go to hire me on with their company will I even be hireable...I forgot to add that I got inspected today (2nd week on job and forgot my seatbelt)

Driver::: Do yourself a favor::: Create a "Check List"..as pilots do...make shure everything to be done is on the list...and READ IT EVERY TIME YOU GO IN YOUR TRUCK and comply with each until it becomes natural.

    Are you sure?

I thought one of the defects of the CSA system was the fact that warnings are treated as violations when an inspection has taken place but can't be taken off like an actual violation.

Is that all? PennDOT gave one of my former drivers 10 violations in one inspection a few years back.
