I was driving home new years morning and had an animal run in front of my personal pickup and over corrected and rolled it, was ticketed, I was completely sober nothing in my system to cause a DUI or anything. Just trying to figure out who would hire me now I just got my CDL back in november

The accident will appear on your state DMV record but not on CSA or any DOT record. You were in your own personal vehicle, not in a commercial vehicle. This can be explained to any perspective employer and I would not worry too much about it.

^Yeah, Schneider doesn't want you to have an at fault accident in the last 5 years, which is ridiculous... they did you a favor.

For the most part, companies want you to have no more than 1 at fault accident (sometimes 2) and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.

If this past new years is your last accident in the last 3 years, you're fine.

1 accident should be fine most places. I'm sure there are others like Schneider who will say no but more will say yes. I think with no ticket being issued it should work to your favor.

I'm assuming you got towed away? Did the cops file a report. I would get a copy and also pull your MVR to see what's on it.
