My husband just start driving the 18wheels truck, and we are looking for some place to park the truck while he is at home. Is anyone know anything around DC area? I found couple storages but all of them are full... And they don't have any space. Is some of the truck stops or rest areas or may be Walmart aloud to park for few days at their parking lot???

No on WM parking for that long. A storage place or a truck stop probably, but be careful leaving the truck un-attended. Be real low key when leaving it.

Which side of DC do you live on?

Should I just go to the Truck stop and ask for some parking permit?

Is the company terminal not an option? Or maybe he owns the truck...

asking and/or paying will keep you from getting towed when every other lazy arse driver that acts as if they have no worries dropping are suddenly panicking due to being towed it ain't cheap.Skarlet03 Thanks this. -

I've seen trucks parked at the I95 / I495 split near the inspection area for days at a time. It is also very clearly marked no parking. Maybe it would be worth looking into.

On route 1 up around lorton is a storage place that does parking. Cant remember the name, sorry. But it usually has a waiting list and runs about $200ish a month. There is also the truck rest area / weigh station on 95.
