I was just wondering if anyone here has been through Schneider National's Paid CDL Training Program (http://schneiderjobs.com/search-driving-opportunities/details/142326/)
if yes, or you know a thing or two about it:
Would you recommend it as a way to get a class A CDL?
Are there any downsides to this Program?
Are there better alternatives to getting CDL training cheaply and quickly?
Any other additional thoughts would be nice too

I don't know where you are located but I am near Memphis and I'm "pre-hired" by SNI out of West Memphis. I'm taking the CDL classes through Delta Technical and SNI will pay for it as long as I'm hired and drive for them 6 month. Training, equipment and instructors are good.
You can always go with any of a ton of companies that train drivers. It mostly depends on where you're located and what is in you area.

Schneider not longer has its own school, what they do is reimburse you up to a certain amount that you paid for the school.
I've seen reimbursement up to 6k,I would ask a recruiter about the amount and if the school your attending is one they accept.
